Thames Path Challenge 2022 · 10 September 2022 to 11 September 2022 ·

We’re here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn to. Andover Mind provides information, advice and support to people across Hampshire, experience mental ill-health, engaging with local communities to promote wellbeing, challenge stigma and discrimination.

Story

I am lucky to be one of a team of midwives, friends and family who every year come together to train to take on an endurance challenge for a deserving charity that is very close to our hearts. We had to take a break last year but this year we are back walking 50km of the Thames Path Challenge on 11th September! Most of us have either experienced mental Ill health or know someone who has, especially in these challenging times, and so are aware of the value of mental health services. So please support us if you can in raising money for this fantastic local charity, either via this page, at one of our fundraising events or maybe even join us on a walk or two!

Andover Mind is a local charity for people who experience, or are affected by, mental health distress. We provide a range of services designed to enable people to achieve their individual potential and to participate in society. We also engage with the local community to promote mental well-being and to challenge stigma and discrimination.
