Hi all,

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about an inspirational woman who unfortunately lost her battle with breast cancer this year. Her name is Barbara McCabe and she was one of my university lecturers. She was such a kind and wonderful woman who enjoyed teaching us the subjects she was passionate about.

I will miss her and treasure the impact she had on me in the time I got to know her throughout my course. 

My thoughts are with her family and friends.

My class and I have decided to climb Ben A'an on the 31st of May in memory of Barbara, hopefully raising a little money at the same time to help towards beating cancer.
