St Thomas' Abseil 2021 · 10 September 2021 to 11 September 2021 ·

We’re an ever-growing family of people who are inspired by Evelina London Children’s Hospital’s pioneering care and passionate about supporting it. Every pound you raise will help Evelina London do incredible things for sick children, young people and their families. Be part of our amazing family.

Story

On 10th September 2021, myself and friends will be abseiling down the side of St. Thomas' Hospital in London, at a height of 160ft (49m).

We're helping to raise money for the hospital that supported our friends' youngest daughter, Esme-Hope, who was born with Turners Syndrome which gave her a 2% chance of making it to birth alive, as well as congenital hyperthyroidism and heart defects which required open heart surgery at several days old, amongst many other treatments since, and wouldn't be with us today without the care and support from the children's hospital.

Money raised will help support other families with children requiring medical care and support, to help give them the best possible chance of a future.

At Evelina London we help children and young people live their best lives today and tomorrow. Every pound you raise goes towards taking our care for sick children to the next level. We are part of the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS foundation trust.
