I have always been blown away by the work that goes on down at The Station in Bristol, home of Creative Youth Network (CYN),  where I have visited art shows, dance showcases and met a few of the happy, positive young who have received such support from such a great organisation. 

But that's not the whole story, all of the young people they work with experience barriers that are preventing them from flourishing. Many of their young people are marginalised, unemployed, not in education, suffer poor mental health, are in care (or are care leavers), are asylum seekers, refugees, disabled, from low income households or are an ethnic minority. CYN works to help these young people remove or overcome the barriers they face by building trust and nurturing creativity & confidence with a TLC and opportunity toolkit.

It's a real gem at the heart of our beautiful city.
