In April this year, we are jetting off to America to walk the Continental Divide Trail - a 6 month long trek from Mexico to Canada, covering 3,100 miles. This is all in aid of Mind, a charity we both hold very close to our hearts and one we can all relate to in one way or another. 

The Trek... 

The CDT is a 3,100 mile trail, starting in New Mexico, stretching up through Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. We will be reaching heights of 4,352m and facing all weathers, including snow! 

In order to complete the trek in 6 months, we will be averaging 20 miles a day, for 6 days a week, only coming off the trail to resupply. ‘Home’ will be our new 3 man tent which we’ll be using to wild camp along the trail.
