I am running the Great North Run on 11 September 2022 to raise found for the Meningitis Research Foundation, a charity in UK, Ireland, and internationally engaged in the fight against meningitis and septicaemia.

As some of you will know, my brother Johnny was seriously ill with bacterial meningitis in 2016 but made a good recovery after early diagnosis and surgery.
