The London Chinese Community Centre Three Peaks Challenge · 20 August 2011
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
The Challenge:
To climb the highest mountain in Scotland, England and Wales all within 24hours! Ben Nevis (1344m) – Scafell Pike (978m)- Snowdon (1085m) = 26miles of ascent and descents, 466miles of driving.
The Cause:
Due to government cuts, the London Chinese Community Centre has had its funding drastically cut. This has meant that much needed services for the Chinese Community in London has had to suffer such as Information and Advice, Elderly Health and Wellbeing and Youth Services.
The Aim:
We each are aiming to raise £300 each for the Chinese Community Centre. Please donate generously to support our cause and support our efforts to complete this Challenge!
The Team:
Alan Lau, James Milburn, Andy Lo, Richard Wong and Katie Chan, and the most important memeber - Sarah Cheung; the driver and one lady support team.
Thank You.
