We decided to enter a team into the Cardiff 10k to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House Charity, as we hold regular events and support for the Cardiff House based in Heath. 18 willing volunteers have signed up to help us raise money for the charity by dusting off their running shoes (or buying their first pair!), and the team is as follows:
