As a registered charity SaTH Charity makes a positive difference to the patients of The Royal Shrewsbury and Princess Royal Hospitals. SaTh Charity pays for equipment, patient comforts, staff education and research, which goes above and beyond the funded services provided as standard by the NHS.

Story

Hi! We are a group of Concord students that are recreating Concord on Minecraft to raise money for the NHS.  Our choice of using Minecraft as a medium for our fundraising can be attributed to a few reasons. In this lockdown and social distancing world we live in, people often feel left out of society and lack interaction with others. Through the video game, it is a way for us to socialise and chat or even have a group call when building the school. Another reason is because we are all away from school and having a server where people can come on to look at the school can act as a reassurance that things in our life, even though we are far from it, still remains there. We also hope building such a model allow alumni to take a walk down memory lane and revisit their splendid time before leaving Concord.
