All of the money you give will support trafficked women, women ex-offenders and their children so they can resettle into the community and have better chances in life. Housing for Women is completely reliant on voluntary donations for these life-changing projects:

Re-Place supports women who have been trafficked to the UK for prostitution. This project is the only one of its kind in London, as it provides safe and secure housing and support for women who have fled their traffickers. The service also has a full-time dedicated Support Worker who will advise and support the women during their time with Re-Place, so they can gain the confidence and skills needed to lead independent lives after they move on. Re-Unite South London aims to break the cycle of re-offending for women prisoners and overcome the catch-22 situation they face on release from prison:

-If the mother does not have custody of her children then there is no eligibility for family accommodation support from the local authorities in the UK.

- If the mother has no suitable accommodation then she is unlikely to regain custody of her children.

The project provides housing for up to 12 months and offers tailored support plans for each service user so they can progress, learn vital life skills and resettle in to the community. Over 50% have secured employment, volunteering placements or access education by the time they move on from the project. Read more
