Story
Although Cecilia loved flowers and their beauty and vibrance gave her great joy, she would have preferred that a charity benefit from her death.
Cecilia suffered from chronic pain for most of her life. At times it was completely debilitating, with no relief despite strong medication.
Her faith, family and friends were a huge distraction from the pain and enabled her to get up in the morning and face the day.
Pain Concern provides support and information for people with chronic pain and those who care for them, whether family, friends or healthcare professionals.
Instead of flowers and if you can afford it, we would love it if you could donate to this relatively small charity which supports an area of care that is not fully understood yet affects so many people.
