As some of you may know me and Paul have recently found out I was having an ectopic pregnancy. As we are now reaching the end of our treatment I feel now is a perfect time to share our story and raise awareness. The doctors and nurses at Princess of Diana have been amazing, however we have found knowledge is limited, and a lot of my questions have been left unanswered simply due to lack of experience in the area. Due to this I am going to cover 1000km within the next 12 months through walking, running, swimming or cycling to raise much needed funds for the ectopic pregnancy charity which helps support professionals, patients and their families, guides them through the treatments available and supports them emotionally. In a situation like this knowledge is so important, makes it far less scary if you know what's going to happen, what could go wrong and the doctors looking after you can answer your questions.
