Sadly Jess was born with a serious heart condition which she had to live with all her life. Jess battled with the condition including multiple open heart surgeries (the latest in Summer 17) but sadly lost that fight when she was taken far too soon in September, at the age of just 21. 

Jess was so brave and saved us all from the pain and difficulty she coped with on a daily basis, particularly towards the end. Jess loved her family, animals and especially horses (not necessarily in that order!) and was happiest on the yard with her beloved horse Keela. Here she would spend almost all of her free time with her friends providing some respite from the condition she had lived with from birth.

A very caring person, one of Jessica's last wishes was to be able to raise some much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation which sadly, she never got to do.  This page has been setup to support the Foundation and honour that wish.
