We recently had a New Orleans style marching band go through the village of Docking to celebrate the end of Norfolk and Waveney Mind's project to reduce social isolation.  Lot's of people of all different ages came out of their houses, there was clapping and dancing and it was a really uplifting day. There was even a socially distanced parade.

Many of you asked about the event and wanted to donate to our charity.  Norfolk and Waveney Mind work in your local community to make sure anyone who is struggling with their mental health does not feel like they have to struggle alone.  Loneliness is a big factor that effects mood and yesterday we hope we made some people who are now coming out of isolation feel part of the community again.
