FDAMH is celebrating an amazing 40 years of supporting mental health! Your fundraising will help get the next 40 years off to a great start! Did you know every year approximately 1 in 70 adults in Falkirk District use FDAMH's services? If you live or work in the area its more than likely that you have a family member, friend, colleague, fellow student, or employee that's had support from the team at FDAMH. Back in 1981 a small determined group of local people, seeing the loneliness experienced by people with mental health problems, set up a lunch club to provide support, companionship and a safe space to those in need. FDAMH's services have grown a lot since then! But what hasn't changed is that FDAMH is an independent charity, wholly dependent on obtaining all it's own funding through support from the statutory sector, grant-making bodies and the generous donations of our community. That's why your support is so vitally important.
