St. David's Hospice Care provides free community-based hospice care to people with cancer or any other life threatening illness living in Gwent and Mid/South Powys. Your donations help us to provide the services that give patients a real choice about where they spend their final days.

Story

The Celtic Rail Barbarians are going to Japan for the RWC 2019. We are looking to play various Rugby matches and also taking part in a Charity Hike at Mt Fuji with the plan to raise funds for St David’s Hospice Care.
St David’s Hospice Care offers reassurance of round-the-clock expert care, in a friendly, welcoming environment for those who are living through a life limiting illness.
From managing someone's pain, to looking after their emotional, spiritual and social needs, hospice care supports the whole person, helping them to live their life to the full. Find out more at www.stdavidshospicecare.org
