We are running the Cardiff Half Marathon for Tŷ Hafan, and we really appreciate your support.

13.1 miles (21km) is a big challenge for us, but we also look forward to running a route that takes us through some beautiful area and past a lot of  historic buildings and to boasting a carnival atmosphere in Cardiff, the capital city of Wales.            

There are many charities out there and it was difficult for us to choose which one to support. However we felt that we would like to help a local charity. Tŷ Hafan is providing comfort, care and support to more life-limited children, young people and their families in Wales.  

Please help us to help them. We would love to raise as much money as we possibly can....Please dig very deep inside your hearts & your wallets! By raising money we can't expect to change their lives...... but we can have a really good try at making what lives they have left a little sunnier.
