THE GREAT TESCO WALK

In the final year of our National Charity Partnership with Diabetes UK and The British Heart Foundation, The Great Tesco Walk is the biggest fundraising event in our history.

This unique, colleague only relay walk from Land's End to John O'Groats takes place from 5th September to 5th October. Each section of the country will be broken up into 'legs' covering 5km, 10km, 25km or 50km.

The inspiration for the event comes from nearly 30 years ago when six colleagues walked from Land's End to John O'Groats, raising 1 million for our charity partners at the time.

Team Central are taking on the ambitious 50k 'Ultra Leg' on Saturday 16th September which starts in Bletchley, goes through Towcester and ends up in Daventry, right across the middle of our region and also includes an ascent of 490 meters and some tough terrain!
