Thanks for visiting the Centre 70 Team's fundraising page for the 5th London Legal sponsored walk. It is an after work 10km walk on 18 May around central London led by the Lord Chief Justice. It raises funds for legal advice centres all over London

Our Team will be walking to raise funds for Centre 70's legal advice service which has been facing financial difficulty for some time.

We provide a valuable free legal advice service on Monday evenings using volunteer lawyers from private practice, the public sector and industry. However, though the lawyers donate their services free there are administrative and other overhead costs to run this service. If we are to continue to keep it going we need to raise at least £3,000 this year and of course if we can raise more, this will enable us to do even more than we currently can.

Centre 70 is a well established Advice Centre inSouth London. We will be celebrating our 40^th year of operation in 2010 (our name reflects the year we were established) and we hope to continue doing so for another 40, so please help us to maintain that service by making a generous donation to our team.

London Legal Support Trust will give us all the funds received from this page without deduction.
