I am taking part in the Winter Tough Guy Event on Sunday 27th January the event is the ultimate challenge offering brain freeze like I've never experienced before!  It is staged over a course of eight country miles; consists of a gruelling mud run followed by a beasting through The Killing Fields assault course - not forgetting the barbed wire, cuts, scrapes, burns, dehydration, hypothermia, acrophobia, claustrophobia, electric shocks, sprains, twists, joint dislocation and broken bones so do wish me and the guys lots of luck!!
