I have loved and lost some very specail people due to Cancer so I am running Caerphilly's 10K  to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured and no one's life has be cut short because of it.

Cancer Research Wales is based in Velindre Hospital, Cardiff,  researching into the treatment and diagnosis of cancer which has benefitted people in Wales and all over the world. All money raised is spent in Wales.

I have lots of hard work and training ahead, but thinking of those who I have lost and those who continue their fight I know I can do it.
