As many of you know I have been Coeliac for the last 8 years, its an auto immune disease which affects you in so many different ways! 

I suffer from the fatigue that comes from it so no matter how much sleep I get i never get that revitalised feeling! So thats why I wanted to push myself to do this challenge!

This year has affected all of us in different ways so i wanted to help in anyway I can and raise awareness and I saw this as an opportunity to do just that!
