As most of you will know I’ve secured a place in this year's London Marathon. Wahooo! (I think). After a two year gap since completing my sixth, just like Rocky Balboa I’ve dusted down my trainers and returned from my premature retirement to compete in the 2013 race. My goal will be smashing my P.B of 4hrs and 36 seconds (those are the most painful 36 seconds of my life to date) and in doing so raise a few thousand pounds for the charity Relate (details of the charity can be found on my home page). Therefore can I ask you to dig deep and support the charity that has given me this opportunity.
