On the 1st of October 2023, both Sion and I will be running Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for MS Society Wales. This is a charity that's very close to us as a family and any donations however small would mean the absolute world. In Wales, there's very little treatment options available for patients with progressive MS, but together with the help of fundraising we can make a change. Diolch!! 🧡🧡🧡
