Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, I've decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon, which seemed like a good idea at the time! Haha.. Training has begun, I've found muscles I never knew I had and hurt in places I never thought I could, but it'll all be worth it!

I am raising money for the Ian Owen NF Research Fund in association with the Neuro Foundation.

This charity is very close to my heart. I am running in memory of Ian Owen, who suffered from Neurofibromatosis and sadly passed away in 2001. The Neuro Foundation provides support to individuals and families and improves the lives of those affected by the disease while funding research to find a cure.

I hope you can all dig deep and donate your pennies to support this cause - you'll make a huge difference.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
