Gary is taking part in CET does #MHAW. His challenge is serve breakfast to our huge team in Harrietsham, as well as lunch (on the same day) to our team in Heathrow. Here's what Gary had to say:

"Staying active is really important for your mental wellbeing, but it’s difficult sometimes to make time for yourself when you’re juggling all the responsibilities that you have.

"We have over 100 people at Harrietsham, so making sure they start the day right with a bacon sandwich is going to be pretty challenging – but I thought I’d take it a step further. 

"Once I’ve finished making breakfast for the Harrietsham guys, I’ll then be hopping into the van to make my way to Heathrow, battling with the M25 to make it in time to serve up some lunch.

"Not wanting to make it easy, I’ve chosen to do my challenge on a Friday, which is notoriously busy for travelling the route that I’ll need to go!"
