On the of 17th June myself and team Studio One will be taking on The Warrior Games. This involves 24 hours of tag team style circuits all to raise money for CF Warriors 💪🏽 

CF Warriors is a charity set up to help get children with cystic fibrosis into sport and exercise to improve their lives and increase their life expectancy.

Any donation big or small would really help to keep us going for 24 hours of non stop circuits 🙏🏽
