Campaign by Combat Stress (RCN 206002)
Walk 10 miles on any day during the month of March to raise funds for life-changing mental health treatment for veterans

Story

Combat Stress is the leading mental health charity for veterans and is based around the corner from the CGI Leatherhead office. It supports veterans, reservists and their families across the country. Recent news of them having to stop new referrals due to funding issues highlights just how important fundraising is for this charity. They are dependent on donations for 90% of their income. For every £1 donated to Combat Stress, 81p is spent on vital treatment, care and support. Your donation will empower veterans, rebuild families and save lives.

Members of CGI are participating in March in March by walking/running 10 miles in groups or as individuals, donating £20 to Combat Stress to take part. It would be great if our members could raise as much money as possible through additional sponsorship and that is why this page has been created. Anyone sponsoring a CGI member can donate via this page assured that the funding goes direct to Combat Stress securely, with a minimum of fuss.

If you want to name the member you are supporting, then please ensure in advance that they are content for you to do so. If in doubt, we are quite happy to have an anonymous donation to an identified CGI member!

Demand for the services provided by Combat Stress has nearly doubled in the past ten years: you can help!
