CGJ Mathias & Son (Nurseries) have been established in Tilford since 1963, although the family roots go back much further in this village.

In November 2021, a section of the lathe and plaster ceiling of our Parish Church in Tilford collapsed.  Following detailed surveys, it became apparent that the entire ceiling needed to be replaced at a cost of over £100,000.  This money has had to be found through the generosity of individuals to avoid the church possibly having to close permanently.

The Mathias family have a long association with All Saints Church and we wish to do everything we can to help raise these vital funds to save the church for the benefit of our local community.

The run is being organised with the help of our friends and neighbours at Islamabad, Tilford who are some of the most generous people you could hope to meet and are well known for running fundraising events.

Members of our staff are running and walking both the 10km and 5km routes of the Tilford fundraiser on Sunday 25th September to raise money for this important village asset.  Please help to support us by donating to our fundraising page here.
