Now I've gone and done it. Usually my mouth works faster than my legs (and hence talked me into doing this) but now I'm going to have to reverse the trend and get my legs into action.

I am running as part of the BT Team for my chosen charity - Northamptonshire Association for the Blind - a charity that works across the county supporting blind and visually impaired people. As many of you may know, blindness is a subject very close to home with many members of my family losing their sight through Glaucoma.
