In loving memory of my beautiful mum, I will be running 26.2 miles, taking part in the Portsmouth coastal marathon, on the 18th December 2022.

On the 10th of December this year it will be 2 years since we lost our amazing mum, wife, sister & friend to so many. I feel this is a good time for everyone to come together & remember the brilliant times with her, raising some money for charity in the process.

I am hoping to raise some money for this charity that is close to my heart & one which my mum also supported.

I hope this money can be used to help research how to stop breast cancer & stop family’s like mine going through what we have.

Something I wrote when mum passed & still think it to this day:

“Life will never be the same without you mum,
thank you for everything you have taught me.
We will do our best to carry on life without you,
loving & supporting each other to make you
proud. We have amazing family & friends to help
us through.

Forever in our hearts, forever young, you will
never ever be forgotten, you beautiful soul.

Appreciate all of the loved ones you have around
you, because you never know what is around the
corner, spread a lot of love”.
