Futures@Chailey Heritage is a new transition provision from Chailey Heritage Foundation for young adults aged 19-25 with complex physical disabilities and learning difficulties. Currently there are very few facilities or opportunities for young adults with profound disabilities to continue to learn when they leave school. We believe that these young people deserve more and that is why we have launched our Appeal to build a Life Skills Centre where these young people can learn skills for living and be better prepared for adulthood.  This exciting new service will have a gym, a Life Skills Room, an Arts and Crafts Centre, an IT Suite and a Cafe which will be open to all. Thanks to the generosity of those who have supported us so far, we have raised more than 80% of the £1.8m needed to to build and equip the new Centre.
