Challenge 31 encourages as many people as possible to take part in one activity per day for the month of October 2020. Run, walk, cycle, swim, Zumba anything you want in any combination, as long as you do something physical each day.

This year I am taking part in 'Challenge 31' for ABF The Soldiers Charity, who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need.
