St Catherine's Hospice is a charity very close to my heart and I personally know of the essential services it provides and the vital role it plays in the local community. It is also a centre of excellence for palliative care in Central Lancashire, treating over 1,300 patients a year.

In addition to inpatient care St Catherine's also helps people in their own home through Community Nurses and Day Therapy Services.
