Hi to all my lovely family and friends....

Well, what an amazing year 2014 was, weddings, babies & honeymoon's galore! However 2 weeks before my wedding I completed my 1st IronMan 70.3 in France. It was a great experience and one I really wanted to repeat, yes, seriously! :-))

So.... this time....Ciao Italy! I've decided to raise £1000 for Demelza entering into various events, some hopefully with my spouse (C'mon Bobby!!), so I really would appreciate it if you could spare a few quid or euros and help me reach my target..

As before we're talking 1.2mi Swim / 56mi Cycle / 13.1mi run..a total of 70.3mi or 113km non-stop endurance..errrr walk in the park, sort of!!

For those of you that aren't familair with Demelza Children's Hospice they were a local charity to me in Kent and provide unbelievable support to children and their families. The palliative care they provide to children/young people with life limiting or life threatening conditions is 2nd to none and I'm proud to be a fundraiser for them once again... So please join me in supporting them...
