Having never run more than 5 K before, Lou and I decided that a half marathon would be a good way to celebrate turning 40!  The London Landmarks Half Marathon is taking place exactly 5 years after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I will be forever grateful to the amazing staff at Kingston Hospital who treated me.  

We have both experienced first-class maternity and paediatric care at Kingston Hospital when our little people were delivered safely into the world.  I am also very lucky to work in the paediatric and neonatal unit with fantastic colleagues who work so hard to provide the best care they can for our local community.  The last couple of years have been particularly challenging for the whole NHS and every department needs support.  We would be very grateful for any contributions for our wonderful paediatric and neonatal departments.
