The Lullaby Trust exists to keep babies safe and to keep grieving families supported. We fund life-saving research, empower families with expert baby safety advice and support grieving families through their darkest days. We won’t give up until no baby dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 11th May, we will be holding a charity football match & family fun day at Burnham Ramblers Football Club. This is in aid of The Lullaby Trust, a charity which is extremely close to mine and my families hearts.

On February 10th 2014, it would have been my brother Terry's 30th birthday, but unfortunately, aged just four weeks, he died.

This year, will be organising various events to raise money for this incredible cause. We have already held a karaoke night, and had 5 people run the Silverstone half marathon, but we also have an 80's disco, a curry night, Darren running the London Marathon, and also people doing a charity sky dive.

The football match will be between Southminster & Norton FC and a Southend United legends side. We have 13 players already confirmed including Steve Tilson, Kevin Maher, Adam Barrett, Eastenders actor Terry Alderton, and many more. They will be managed by former England Under 21 manager, Peter Taylor.

Please come along, bring a friend or three, and help raise a lot of money for this incredible charity.
