I am doing my own fundraising for Refuge, the UK's largest charity supporting women and children escaping domestic abuse. 1 in 4 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and 5 women a week lose their lives. On any given day, Refuge support over 7,000 women and children to rebuild their lives.Every pound I raise will really make a difference so I hope you will join me in supporting Refuge to continue the fight to end domestic abuse.

For people who know me, know that I suffered from domestic abuse for two years and I want to do all I can, to help prevent this happening to other women, and if it does, give them the support they need.
