I am taking part in The Charles Culwick Memorial Cup in memory of Charles. 

I'm hoping to raise as much money as I can to donate to Southend Mencap for the work they do in helping serve the interests and needs of children and adults with learning disabilities, as well as those of their parents and carers, in the south east of Essex. 

In doing this, I am also hoping to pay tribute to a funny and caring friend who was loved by so many.
