Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Over the past few weeks I have been thinking about doing some form of event to raise money for charity. At the minute the world is going through tough time and we should all be making sure that everyone is safe and well. I feel as if I should commit to this event and make some difference to someone else’s life.

I am going to be running a marathon in my back garden. My garden is 17 and Half feet wide, so down and back is 35 feet. A marathon is 26.2 miles which when converted to feet that’s 138,336 feet, for myself to complete this run I will need to complete 3,953 down and backs. This is something that I know I can complete. This will be mentally and physically taxing, however if I can make a difference to someone else’s life then this a task that I will enjoy doing as I know there is something good coming from this. I am looking to complete this run within 6-7 hours as it’s hard for myself to pick up any sort of speed because of how tight the space is I am running in. Everyday we should be challenging ourselves to better ourselves and to help better other people. Thank you for visiting my page I will be setting up a live stream for you all to watch. Stay safe and healthy.
