This year I am taking part in The Century Cycle Challenge which is a 100 mile cycle ride in aid of my chosen charity James 1v27. Details of this charity are included on this page.

The course is designed as two seperate loops of 50 miles. As an added twist, Anthony Smith and I will also be completing a 50 mile walk round one of these loops the day before. An even further twist for Anthony is that he will be completing a 25 mile run on the day before the walk.
