On the 19th September I’ll be running a 26.2 mile trail marathon to raise money for Dementia UK , a national charity that aims to improve the quality of life for people with dementia. 

I’ll be doing this in memory and honour of my late Dad who we lost in April this year after a long battle with the illness. 

Any donations no matter how small are hugely appreciated.
