Motor Neuron Disease Association of Jersey
You might not know but MND is a fatal, rapidly progressing disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.
There is no cure and a third of sufferers die within a year and more than half die within two years of diagnosis.
MNDA Jersey are holding a walk to raise funds to help local MND sufferers. The walk will take place on 2ndJuly 2022 @ 2pm, and is about 3.5 miles long. It leaves from and returns to the
Pentanque Club at Les Quennevais Sports Fields, going along the Corbiere walks.
If you would like to join the walk it’s a £5.00 registration fee, paid on arrival. Please come along.
Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a rare form of MND earlier this year, and both Joan and I are hoping to take part in the walk, with me, being pushed in a wheelchair.
So please help me raise money to help MNDA Jersey.
