Story
Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service across Wiltshire and surrounding counties. It needs to raise £3.75m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations and fundraisers.
My family has always supported the Air Ambulance as we have benefited from it in the past and want to ensure it is there for others when they need it most.
The ride will take place during the October half term and will take less than two weeks. I will be starting in Scotland on 19th/20th October and finishing on or before the 3rd of November.
My parents will be my support in a motorhome providing tools, food, spares and a place to sleep.
Thank you in advance for all donation and kind words,
Charlie
