Like so many other rescues, we reached a new crisis point here at Hope Rescue last year. We are thrilled to have an army of #TeamHope runners in the much awaited return of the Cardiff Half Marathon

Story

Hope rescue are a fabulous rescue based in Llanharan, they  re-home stray dogs that have gone in to the pound, they take on dogs from homes where they are unable to be looked after any more either due to medical costs or behavioural issues. They do this with many fosterers across Wales to reduce the amount of dogs they have in kennels and relying heavily on public donations. During the pandemic, donations have run dry...so I will try to run to help get them flowing again (see what I did there 🤨).

My four dogs are rescued and it is a small way of trying to give back to the rescue community what these dogs have given me over the years, they saved me more times than I saved them ❤️

Please, if you are able, chuck a few quid this way...it all helps. I'm going to aim for £350. Anything above that is a huge bonus. Help me get there by spreading the word, and probably as my distances get longer, my plight... Keep me going!!

Thank you 🥰

**UPDATE** I have hit my original target of £350 which is amazing, thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far!! I have changed the target now to £500, every extra pound goes towards caring for unwanted needy dogs. Hope Rescue have massive medical bills every month so every bit counts towards helping them pay off these never ending bills 💜
