20 years ago Ben suffered a catastrophic injury to his brain stem which has left him with a condition called locked in syndrome. He can communicate through eye movement and is looked after by his dedicated team of carers. He loves doing charity events such as this and Guy Martins big brew to help others and raise awareness of Spinal Research.
