It is sad, but true, that the majority of us have known or know of someone who has suffered with breast cancer, 35 women are diagnosed with this terrible disease every day.
On Saturday 16th May Charlie's Angels, the team from Clarence House, took part in and successfully completed this year's Playtex Moonwalk, our theme this year was Rainforest. It is called the Moonwalk because it involves walking 26.2 miles through the night with 17,000 other women, and men, wearing highly decorated bras, all raising funds for Walk the Walk Worldwide (two of the charities which benefit from this are Breakthrough and Penny Brohn Cancer Care, both of which have The Prince of Wales as their Patron).
We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored us, your support has been immense - we have exceeded our fundraising target of £10,000 which is fantastic and this could not have been done without you.
If you haven't sponsored us yet but would still like to you can do so through this site, it is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Walk The Walk Worldwide will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
With many, many thanks,
Charlie's Angels
