Story
In February 2020, my friend lost her beautiful, kind, funny boy, Jaxon, to a rare form of cancer. He was only two years old.
Jaxon had been diagnosed with the disease at the age of seven months, and was treated at Alder Hey, GOSH and Manchester Children's Hospital. I am raising money for GOSH to help them help others like Jaxon.
Every day, 619 children and young people from across the UK arrive at GOSH. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support and by donating to my 2020 Royal Parks Half Marathon page you can help make a difference to the lives of seriously ill children.
