Unfortunately over the years I've known far too many people who have suffered with mental health problems, some of which have sadly lost their lives, others still struggle on without little or no help to cope with their daily battles.. the pandemic has only exacerbated this for most and I'm sure we've all felt that we could do with some help from time to time through this difficult period, so please help...
