Lets face it, if you know me you know I'm not a runner and I do not enjoy running, which begs the question, why would I sign up to run a 10K? Many have suggested I was probably drunk at the time but surprisingly this was not the case. I decided to take part simply because I wanted to help people in our local community and this seemed like the perfect opportunity.
